Lawn Service Pricing: (Weekly Schedule)
Spraying & Fertilizing (PHC) Pricing:
Small Lawn
(Up to Approx. 20,000 sq ft)
Medium Lawn
(Approx. 20,000 – 90,000 sq ft)
Large Lawn
(Approx. 90,000+ sq ft)
Optional PHC Services:
- Lawn Fungicide
- Lime Treatment
- Lawn Insecticides (Ticks, Grubs, etc.)
- New Lawn Installations (Seed or Sod)

Aeration & Overseeding Pricing:
$35 - $45 +/- per 1,000 square feet

Landscape/Hardscape Installation Pricing:
Pricing of all landscape and hardscape installations is dependent on factors such as size, scope, materials, plants, etc. but here are a few examples and approximate pricing for work that we do:
Walkway Installation:
