Crew Member
Starting Pay: $15.00+ per hour (dependent on skills and abilities)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Assist Crew Leader and fellow team members in daily lawn care tasks
- Perform tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and cleaning up lawns
- Operate and maintain lawn care tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Uphold the company’s commitment to quality and excellence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or related field is a plus
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques and tools
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects

- Coordinate and execute the mowing routes for the day
- Delegate tasks effectively to Crew Members based on their skill and strengths
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
- Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment and tools
- Provide guidance and training to crew members to enhance their skills
- Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report to the Operations Manager and collaborate on job and route plannings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or related field is required
- Proven leadership skill with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques
- Proficient in operating lawn care equipment and machinery
